The house is a two-story stone-built. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and living room in an open space. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and separate bathrooms (WC + shower). The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Regarding the area, the house is surrounded by beaches. Two of the most well-known and organized are Megalo Fanaraki and Mikro Fanaraki. These are beaches with sand, crystal clear waters, and are protected from the northern winds, which is why they are preferred by the locals.

Mikro Fanaraki, a 5-minute walk away, is a bustling beach with a beach bar that has a more youthful vibe. Megalo Fanaraki is a beach with a more family-oriented character but also features a beach bar. The house is located just a few meters from Megalo Fanaraki beach.

A 5-minute drive away is the village of Moudros, which is the capital of the eastern side of the island. There, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and shops for evening dining and drinks. You can also order food and have it delivered to the house.

In the wider area of the island, there are well-known beaches for sports fans (wind surfing, kite surfing, paddling), such as Keros, as well as sites of archaeological interest like Hephaestia and the Kabeiria. All these are about a 30-minute drive away.

You can also make an excursion to the island’s capital, Myrina (30 km away), for a more cosmopolitan experience, and return to the tranquility of the beach once you tire of the bustling alleyways and walking.

Overall, the island is renowned for its food -fresh fish- and wine, and of course, its beaches, both serene and bustling.
